Claridge House Hotel

Located in gold Coast at 1244 N. Dearborn, The former Hotel Indigo, a 165 room boutique hotel, had a dated look and was in need of a significant renovation. Working closely with the Interior Designer, Owner and GC, HMPG implemented a phased renovation and rebranding to the Claridge House of all 165 guest rooms, lobby, corridors, bar, restaurant and amenity spaces. The work also include façade modifications at the entrance to the hotel.
